Funeral was today I think. Very sad to die that early. Rip Andy, one of the few great Scottish goalkeepers
To me just highlights how nothing is a given in this life. We could be here one day ,gone the next.  I am a bug sucker for the world cup and European championships  eg stats ,squad lists etc.  I remember him from Euro 96 and knew he was a quality keeper from reading around.

Very surprising to hear he died.

RIP

Sad news of Andy Goram's death.

Fodder Dyke Bank must be one of the most dangerous roads in the County,it's like a roller coaster down there with a deep drain on the side I can recall 5 people being killed on that road in 3 years.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you give him an excuse for him to escape from the wife and kids for the weekend and drink lots of beer.

You're not bloody wrong, when I first used to drive along it I would boot it as it was a long straight road and like you say like a roller coaster,it was great fun until one day my car bounced out of control and just missed going into the dyke,I never drove like a prat on that road again
