Please can you all come out onto the streets to clap the lads as they drive past on the bus.
After what they've done for us they deserve a good turn out from us.
Get your families,mates, neighbours to cheer and wave.
I've never in my life been so proud to be from Grimsby,and this is solely down to Paul Hurst and the lads.
If I know our supporters like I think I do,you won't let them down.

This time last year, I was about to start work on the fanzone and was looking forward to a new era. I saw a lot of the signings turn up at the club over the following weeks, having their photo's taken in the stands and had no idea who any of them were at the time.

I know them all now but I never thought I would be cheering them on an open top bus with the play off final trophy.

I would love to have but have just seen there has been change of route that takes it miles out the way for me ,
I guess the National League have been at it again as its now scheduled to leave Dover High St at 0400hrs before a tour of the home counties and finishing up at Lands End at 1800hrs.
