The chant with his name in is a good chant but the ending needs changing now if we are to carry on singing it because yesterday allows us to leave his "legacy" firmly in the past.

I’m of the opinion that we keep the song. It’s one of our better ones of recent years and it has a great flow.

Whilst we’ve now well and truly banished the leech, the parasite, the embarrassment and the worst owner, non chairman, non non chairman, majority shareholder in the clubs history, it is important to remember. To learn and reflect and to ensure that should things start to head that way again at some point, we don’t swallow the nonsense, that as a fan base we don’t sit back and seemingly accept relegation, that we’re don’t allow our best assets to leave seemingly easy and so forth and use it as a reminder to stand our ground.

What he did to the club is impossible to forgive, we’re on our way up saying forgetting him is foolish…use it to push on.

A few of us have doubted Fenty’s credentials as a town fan and whilst it is difficult for him to attend and he receives what I believe to be fair criticism, if he was the town fan he claims, he would’ve been there yesterday. He’ll never apologise nor will he ever admit he made mistakes…that’s the really sad part.

The dignified way the new owners held the trophy aloft, the way the players embraced them was a sight to be seen and was a far cry from the embarrassing sight of Fenty barging in like a drunk buffoon on your star strikers place on the spotlight…
