you can't use them just as pdf on your phone - they have to be in apple wallet or google pay - I just feck arsed about for 20 mins trying to get them into apple wallet and gave up - print I'd say

Just had an email through requesting that I hand write my tickets out using basildon bond premium paper. They are insisting that I use the finest indian ink and must write in calligraphy......just awaiting the next instruction.

Ridiculous.
Surely by now they'd know and would have the technology to scan via a QR or barcode regardless of a devices size.
Also is the use of a digital wallet required?
Seems to imply NFC is required on the device.
Unclear and totally unnecessary.

I use e tickets when I’ve been to spurs games. Never seen anyone with a paper ticket and the only problem is old blokes like me who can’t remember which bit to scan or where to point their phones

Joke ain’t it.

I don’t have a printer so I’ll just be relying on my phone working. At first I took a screenshot of the tickets when I received the email. When I zoomed in on the code it was blurry so I can understand why that may not work. Zooming in on code directly from the email though is crystal clear so if that doesn’t work then they’ll just have to deal with my complaints until they let me in, but I’m sure it will work fine.

I was fine after downloading adobe on my phone. My son showed me how to screenshot the E-ticket. My printer made a hazy copy of the QR code then stopped talking to the laptop. If neither can be scanned I can go to the ticket office not far away.

Not worried now.
