I can't pretend that I'm not gutted to go through but you probably edged it over the 120 minutes and the game was both enjoyable and nerve-racking to watch

Fair play Notts had some decent spells and attacking moves just missing the clinical poacher to clinch a goal. Lets send Wrexham back to there shite holes in the ground sheep shagging masturbations

You would have got a positive reply from me win or lose. used to live in central Nottingham for several years and love the place. Banter been good and all the best to NCFC.The playoffs are a lottery and we have had a gut full over the years. Your manager always impresses me and seems a good guy

Great game. Only really looked like one team really going for it and that was Grimsby and on the balance of the game it was fully deserved. It wasn’t pretty, it was downright ugly at times but that’s the nature of this league, commiserations.

Yeah that the thing county have been one of the teams we have rmost dominated this season

Totally dominated before a robbery break away goal at home

Away we had them back in their own half barely able to get out their half before winning

This game we were the better side mostly

As winners ought to be gracious, I'll let the "you probably edged it over the 120 minutes" comment pass.  

Delighted that you're rooting for us on Saturday - a few comments on the NC forum along the same lines.
The forum was pleasantly fair-minded about the match - nearly everyone called us the better team.
That's fair play in my eyes, considering you lost in the cruellest way & there were debatable decisions.

Always found County fans to be pretty decent. I remember talking to some just before the game at BP under Jolley. They were keen to win but said they hoped we would find a way to stay up as they regarded us as, like them, 'a proper football club'.

Considering there was 10000 of them there last night Notts County don’t seem to have many idiots as their fans and seem pretty fair minded  👍🏻
I think any beef I had last night was more with the bias commentators on BT Sport , in my opinion we dominated all 4 halves yet at the end the BT host was still asking if he thought Grimsby had edged it , also the man of the match going to a county player was a joke

It was a pity vote , when they saw the skipper had been violently mugged and half his hair ripped out on the way to the game they gave it to him.

Well it's the next day and 12 hours later and the shock of that goal in the 96th minute still hasn't sunk in yet but there's no point in mopping about it because that's why football is so special to all of us, seconds to go and I almost heading to the exit to beat the crowd only to sit back down again shellshocked as your fans was going mental in the Sirrell,a great performance by Grimsby who wanted it more than Notts and your fans created a great atmosphere throughout the game,it's strange how you can genuinely feel sick just over a goal in a football match but that equaliser was like a punch in the stomach and at that point I knew that we wasn't going to go through
Your fans did the club proud on the night and was definitely the 12th man,you will go into Saturday as underdogs but you can see that as an advantage just as you did last night,I can just imagine how great that you must feel today with only two games away from League Two,if the team goes to Wrexham in the same frame of mind as last night then they will do it
