Yes, that's understood, but you have to customise your criticism. Surely using the same blunt words on the First Team and the Under 9's when it will be "water off a duck's back" on one, and traumatise the other.

Well, I can see large payouts in 20 years from now for such behaviour, if it's true.

A reality check at 8/9! FFS! Let them enjoy their football. The amount of parents living unfulfilled dreams through their kids is so depressing.

I agree totally . Parents are the biggest problem . I'm not sure I worded my post right but I basically meant that anyone representing a professional football club should be prepared to make sacrifices and take hits along the way .
