Routine win but by no means pretty or exciting to watch.
Dover are far and away the worst team in this league but could've been 2-0 up before we woke up.
Easy finish from Pearson for the first and an excellent effort from Abrahams for the second but then we took our collective feet off the gas. Least said about their goal the better but Crocombe didn't cover himself in glory.
Second half was much of the same. The only real highlight was a surging run from Clifton who found Mcatee who finished superbly.
Individually no-one really shone. Crocombe did OK apart from their goal dealing well with a lot of high balls pumped into our area.
Mcatee was playing far too deep to influence the game to any great extent in the right areas.
Sousa is an absolute enigma. The only player to get fans off their seats with  a six man beating run in the first half which left him on his own 10 yards out only to blaze over the bar. A sports psychologist would have a field day.
Honourable mentions for Coke who provided some steadiness and bite in midfield and Dieseruvwe (spelling) who really put himself about.
You can only beat what's in front of you and I'll take the three points-on to Woking. Hope those who constantly reminded us that we won one in 14 are getting ready to redress the balance.

Sousa must be the most frustrating player we've had in a long time.  Superb running at people, really exciting and genuine quality  - and then complete brain-fart in front of goal/final ball.  I do love watching him play though.  Been a long time since we had a player like that.

Momentum is key so great to get a win after a 2 week break and with one of our most influential players out. Hope we shift a few for Saturday, unbeaten in 5 and 13 points from 15. Wonder if Longe-King will be allowed to play.

Dover are awful though. In many ways those games are harder to put in a good performance.

Like Hurst said, we've done better than many of our competitors against them.
