Taylor & JMD out for a couple of weeks.

Abrahams or the new lad straight in for Taylor then or a change of system?

I’d give Abrahams a go. Think there’s something there..if given the chance. And play the right way to his strengths, pace.

Hasn’t done much yet but to be fair ‘should’ have been played in twice through on goal and was ignored by team mates.

tbf, if we could lose Taylor for a couple of games, Away at Dover and Home to woking arent bad ones to lose him for...

id go with abrahams up top and use his pace especially away at dover, maybe the new lad in next week as Woking are giants

Abrahams seems more of a winger to me. I would go with a front 4 of Sousa, McAtee, Abrahams with Dieseruvwe up top.

My thoughts too. Sousa on the right, Abrahams on the left, Big D up top and McAtee slotting in behind

Can't say Abrahams has suggested anything that he is a winger, certainly not from his debut anyway.  That said I can't really think of anything other than the above that we go with, unless you want to put McAtee out wide or not play him at all.

I suspect it'll be Abrahams or Mani up top, McAtee behind with Sousa and Clifton wide though.

I agree, but with his obligatory showreels on YouTube, about 90% of everything he is seen doing is on the left side of the pitch. If his pace is one of his biggest assets, then maybe as a winger going past defenders he could do some good, especially with a 6'5" man loitering in the box waiting to get his head on.

We are all aware of Hurst's penchant for playing players out of position anyway so we will all have to wait and see.
