Joe Waters probably couldn't climb up onto Fraser's treatment table without a stool - he was just told to go away and run it off on the beach !

What a player and captain Joe was immense on the pitch and a nice bloke off it.

I remember Joe being asked….’how come you don’t get injured?’, and he replied…’i don't tackle people!’ 🙂

Two games still ahead against Borehamwood is a potential headache having watched first twenty minutes against Bournemouth.
We need and have a great chance of big points haul in February

An unbeaten Feb would see us in a VERY good position heading into the 'business' end of the season

KL and Aldershot at Home both very winnable

I'm sure we would all take a point right now away at an in form Southend

And then Away to Dover again very winnable

15 Points in Feb Incredible
13 Points in Feb Great Form
11 Points in Feb Acceptable

That's the key bit for me. PH talked about the Fox injury and how it's a squad game. The second half yesterday showed the way we have to play - high pressing with physical mobile players in central areas. We've lost Fox for a while, we need McAtee, Clifton and Raikhy in there every game. We lack pace at the back, let's put the squeeze on the opposition - force them to go long so it's meat and drink for Luke and Shaun at the back.

We were talking in the pub before the game about Joe Waters - not only a fantastic player and leader, but he missed only 1 league game in 5 seasons. How did he do that, he must have knocks and niggles, I guess he just played on with them.

Is fox out injured then?

Very simply, these next two home games represent a great opportunity to go four games unbeaten which should go a long way to getting the monkey of these past few months off our back.

They’re by no means a forgone conclusion, but if the wrong fixtures came up at the wrong time when our poor form started, then surely these are the right kind of fixtures at the right time.

We’ve seen first-hand this season what confidence can do in both (both positive and negative). I think King’s Lynn and Aldershot could be pivotal in the context of our season.

Its good Kings Lynn won on Sat. Otherwise it might have been one of those results (Aldershot?) years since they won
