Its funny aswell because all 3 premier league sides have played pretty strong teams, maybe this balderdash about them not caring about the fa cup as much anymore is just a cover for them not acthally being worth anywhere near the crazy money they all get paid now

And those scores are why we should have kept automatic replays after a 90 mins draw instead of pandering to the poor overworked Prem teams.

Let’s be honest though, pre-VAR the referee would have blown up for handball every time because the player got a definite advantage from the handball.

They don’t blow up now as they’re told not to, but the rule has changed so only a handball by the goal scorer will be referred to VAR.

The on field referee needs to let the move finish and then disallow the goal (if scored) & give the free kick for the handball.

The Middlesbrough goal shouldn’t have stood. But there’s a loophole where the referee won’t disallow & VAR can’t disallow.

There isn't a loophole. VAR checked it and said no handball. For me it was a handball, but it wasn't a loophole that let it go, it was the VAR ref

I dunno, I doubt Boro would have won the replay. More chance of an upset if the result is decided on the day. Likewise Plymouth and Kiddie, but the latter came very close to pens.

Manure can't complain they've had plenty of controversial decisions that have gone in their favour over the years.
Only their fans are griping about it, no one else

After half an hour, latest score (BBC 1 Live)

Forest 3-0 Leicester (the FA Cup holders)

At least we won't have to endure Leicester's blatant cheating time wasting while they are losing.
