that should rouse the 'Usual Suspects' to spout off - fully expecting Gib Mariner,Old Codger,  Filipe, Yoda, Pen etc etc to be giving us their opinion soon.

PS How long before we get the first mention of Scotch Eggs?

Nice to be in such exalted company - if you bother to read my posts, you'll know that I'm not in the 'Hurst out' camp, more frustrated by the lack of a ruthless finisher who might have turned some of these recent losses into more points. We're not far off and I've never said we are.

You'd imagine that if we didn't have a sell on then there wouldn't be anything to disclose because it didn't exist.

Therefore Holmes I do conclude ipso facto that some such clause does exist! Onwards now to conclude other great matters of urgency for our times.

Nothing to worry about here if they were not entitled to a sell on fee and had no interest in the matter how could they be bound by a confidentiality agreement.?

...after all, Filipe told us definitively that any sell on fee had lapsed.
