Seems a good enough reason not to be hundred of miles away because of your job. Hope it all goes well for them.

Been in Bristol for nigh on 20 years now and the mention of Bristol City reminded me of the time years ago when I was having a few pints on the harbourside on a Friday night and had to do a second take as I saw Stuart Campbell et al passing by the bar! Gods knows when it was as for most of the 20 years down here Town, Rovers and City have managed to miss each other. I live a stones throw from the Mem and on one of the rare occasions we played each other (opening game in the conference) I ended up watching it on a TV whilst on holiday in North Yorkshire!

Shaun is probably still getting over his Full English breakfast down the prom a couple of days ago.

Seriously though, hope everything goes well.

Somebody must have had a good Christmas 🤶

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.
