I’ve emailed the club to see what I have paid 45 quid for , after I follow finished they said I was getting mariners world. Currently and with the new YouTube Channel the club still can’t tell me. 🙈

I'm sure plenty on here said cancel the Ifollow subscription as that only applies to EFL clubs and the footage, full games and highlights on Ifollow are provided effectively by SKY.

National League games are I believe filmed for BT by unpaid students so the quality at times may not be the best.

Its not the club's fault but if there was a streaming option I would be adding a few hundred quid into the club's coffers this season.  I am only likely to get to a handful of games and they'll most likely be away games.  Last season, I streamed about 60% of the games (even though it was mostly torture!) and would probably do more this season as I'm confident they'll be better to watch.  It seems a shame that BT don't actually make a live stream available if they have cameras at all the games anyway.  It would have minimal impact on attendances.

People did but my message said my subscription would revert back to Mariners World so I assumed I would get something so I paid and didn’t cancel. Little bit deceptive in my opinion.

I doubt that there would likely be a streaming option as that would break the rule that games cannot be shown on TV live between 2.45pm and 5.15pm on a Saturday. Exceptions were made last season specifically because of the Covid ban on fans entering stadiums.

Think I watched the games in our final season on periscope or some other dodgy app!

So it basically says that clubs can live stream any other matches that aren't a 3pm on Saturdays kickoff.

How many could we stream throughout the season?

It's a pretty ridiculous statement, because the whole waffle at the beginning makes you think it would be, but the last bit says you can't stream at all due to the contract with BT and they're trying to find some way around it with BT's support.

The annoying thing is the current 3 season (2021-24) TV deal was only signed in March this year.

You could understand if the deal was signed 18 months ago before COVID and clubs investing in equipment to stream matches. But it wasn’t. Surely clubs in the NL would have wanted the option to stream midweek games or Friday night/Saturday lunchtime kick-offs?
