Speaking as someone who would struggle to have the necessary inches to spoon Paul Hurst, is 6 feet even tall these days? It’s pretty average based on the young giraffes my firm seems to recruit.

We are certainly a big team up front and at the back which should mean we are decent at both ends of the pitch when it comes to set pieces.

The key thing in the lower leagues is being well drilled and fitter than the opposition. Our signings and what we know about Hurst suggest we will look to have both those things.

Still seems to be tall for a footballer who for done reason seem to be short by comparison to other people.

When you’re talking about being short on inches are you talking about the vertical or horizontal plane?
