Multiple Wembley visits but when you drill it down:

In 1998 for our first 2 visits to Wembley, the Auto Windscreens Trophy was 14 years old and we had spent a decent portion of that 14 years unable to play in it as we were in the second tier. Under Fenty, we have spent 11 years eligible and appeared at Wembley once in 2008.

Then we come onto the play-offs which were first established in 1987. In 1998, the play-offs were still somewhat of a novelty. Most owners in our history could only get a Wembley visit if the club got to an FA Cup or League Cup final. 3 play-off finals under Fenty, 2006 and then the non-league ones in 2015 and 2016.

In theory, as we slid down the leagues, there was an expectation that we would, eventually, find one that we could compete at the right end of the table in and ultimately give us a chance of multiple Wembley visits. The play-offs are 34 years old now and we have spent more than half of that period owned by Fenty so it's also reasonable to expect some visits that others simply couldn't achieve as we found a level we could compete at under Fenty.

We then have our 2 FA Trophy Wembley visits. Again, only possible under Fenty because no other owner had us playing at a level where we could compete in a non-league cup competition.

Personally, I really miss those "less successful" Division One days where we fought relegation most seasons but beat teams that have since gone on to not only establish themselves in the Premier League, but win it.

JSF treated Fans, Players & Staff the same way he treated fish at 5*

Spent as little as possible to get them through the door, and did as little as possible for them whilst in the building.
