Seem to remember us spanking Hornchurch 5-0 in the Trophy one season. Think they brought a fairly decent following up too.

I don’t think there’s a more succint four minute video of Town in non-league MkI than that. Rob Scott’s baggy trackies, Anthony Elding’s pointing celebration, Shaun Pearson and us beating a southern team in the trophy in front of a 80% empty BP.

So glad we’re back. Honest. 🙄

Completely agree with you on this, I will watch the league games But will find it impossible to attend cup games where I cannot be bothered to even go to the final. Went to most of the cup games before but will not go this time utm

Conor Townsend against Hornchurch.  Appreciate it was the FA Trophy but it really hammers home just how far below his natural level he was playing when on loan for us.  Also the benefit of the loan system and young lads getting the chance to cut their teeth.
