For pushing ahead with a new champions league format. Now 10 games in the groups stage, all mid week fixtures that will lead to the bigger clubs playing reserve teams in domestic cup competitions.

Also reserved places for clubs with a 'high coefficient' even if they do not qualify on merit. I though football was supposed to based on results not status.
