Having benefited from the astute analysis from ‘one or two’ posters on this forum, I can imagine how grateful  the club would be on receipt of their application for the advertised post.  But like many on the forum, for the good of the club, I do my best to contain my disappointment from missing their posts’

Maybe the club should employ an agency to head-hunt an outstanding candidate, by trawling The Fishy ?  At least then we would all gain comfort from such a valuable fan input.

It's good that the club are finally getting posts filled and making us more professional.

No point any of us applying for the post though as we clearly don't measure up to the standards set by Histon up on that pedestal.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the filming of matches (home & away) and training sessions
Analyse footage of opposition teams and individual players to help prepare and plan for upcoming fixtures
Assist First Team management team with detailed footage and analysis for pre and post match analysis
Complete any other tasks as requested by the club's Coaching & Management team
Maintain tactical and technical databases
Maintain database of key chances, goals and key moments from fixtures
Attend football management meetings when necessary
