Even given their recent upturn in form and our poor form it looks like a couple of the Scunny fans still think we'll give them a game.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

If Ollie can instil a siege mentality in to his players in the next day and a half - we may get a point

Seriously I want to beat them but if we don’t it won’t be the end of the world or season, let’s keep things in perspective. Of course it would be a massive boost but please let’s not have another huge meltdown come Saturday night, it doesn’t mean we will go down as there’s still plenty of time to sort things, and I don’t think I can handle another melt down!!.....

Hardly a derby without fans anyway. Not many of our players have connections to it and think they will just see it as another game, which is the way I'm viewing it. If we lose, it'll sting a bit more than usual, and no doubt the Scunny trolls will be on here giving it some, but hey ho!

A win could change the whole mood around the place. Here's hoping.

As poor as we’ve been recently during periods of the last 2 games we’ve created chances that if they had gone in could have meant different results, all we need is for a couple of them to go in. I think if we go behind though we’ll have a big problem as confidence is fragile.

The meltdown if we lose will be expected and to some extent understandable.

We’ve been saying this run of games against lesser teams could help us out. If we lose tomorrow we’ll have taken a point from three awful sides...what does that make us?

There’s been the odd positive but we’re relegation fodder, even if people don’t want to blame Holloway, I think some of these players are giving their best...they’re just shite.

The last few games the stats have shown an average of 2 shots on target for us, unless that moves to 4/6 shots on target we are in serious trouble.

With Waterfall and probably Rose out, there’s a worrying lack of experience in the team. It’s sad, but if you offered me a draw now, I’d take it.

Ira Jackson could just be our saviour this season given game time and service, let's hope he can get more goals against Scunny.

Nice little article about him here:

That’s a great article and shows there is good feeling on the training ground.
