Belgium a different proposition to Wales. Leaving Grealish out says to me that we are going with a safe team because we are more worried about them than they are of us.

Agreed, should have played the team that played Wales on this showing so far.

Back three off Maguire ( who makes John Terry look fast) Dier, ( enough said) and Walker ( a fullback) says it all. And as mentioned earlier Southgate has reverted to what he thinks are his tried and tested players, so yes We’ll counter them rather then let them worry about us. And don’t get me going on Henderson, hasn’t played for how many weeks and doesn’t know what a forward pass is, he even makes Ray Wilkins look like an attacking midfielder.

Soon as we play anyone with any sort of pedigree, we look very ordinary.

Grealish deserved to start, poor so far. We have some excellent players and I really dont think Southgate is the man to lead them.
