It would be a hell of a fight too. If you add up all the people who actually support smaller teams, it vastly outnumbers those who actively support the Big Six (i.e. watch games or at least buy merchandise). If the smaller teams stick together and don't tear one another apart it's not a battle that can't be won.

Interesting to see the varied views from City fans on their forum on this topic....[url]https://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/soriano-b-teams-in-efl.347974[/url]...some sensible views from some fans who obviously do remember that they existed before they were financially doped to the top. Of course some who would not even know what the Championship is let alone remember playing Town in Division One less than 20 years ago.
