Don’t disagree but didn’t Tillson go on to play for QPR in whatever the top division was in those days? Always been disappointed by the way Handyside left the club, he was one classy player.

Kev Moore played in Div 4 though maybe at LB from memory before he swapped with Deano. Kev and Chris Nicholl were the best CB pairing I saw but obviously at a higher level.

Clive Wiggington was also pretty good before and after his Lincoln trip.

I know people often see different games but what did you see that suggested he was poor?

To my eyes he looked well positioned, organising and won his headers, I also agree with Ollie about the peno.
