Not sure on whether or not he got injured, I remember Blackpool signed him and then appointed Grayson a few weeks later and he didn't want Devitt so they let him go to Bradford that same summer.

First time round Devitt was great but second time round he was a disappointment if I'm honest. We won't be bringing former players in because Ollie said they never really work out.

Carved a decent career out at this level but I think injuries took their toll and stopped him fulfilling the potential he had.

Turned us down beginning of last season and went to Blackpool instead, was decent the first time round for us not so much the second time Ollie has gone down the young and hungry route with a couple of experienced lads, can’t see this one happening tbh

I think he's quite settled in the North West isn't he, which was one of the reasons he never came here for a third spell?

Hard to believe that it's over 10 years since he was here in his first spell.  Genuinely don't think I can remember feeling as excited about any signing when he came back for a second time.  That buzz when he was warming up on the sidelines and came on....the crowd lifted in an instant....surely he was going to turn the game in our favour and lead us to automatic promotion....then he skied one about 40 yards high and 30 yards wide.
