Got details of my renewal of Ifollow today and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised over how much of the money goes back to the club.
From the text that they sent me: "iFollow is the official streaming service of Grimsby Town, with at least 70% of the net revenue from your purchase going directly back to support your club."

With a price of £140 for a season pass, the club would get around £100. Good! I am happy with this as I feared that the Ifollow-deal contributed less.
Now I just need to get more of my friends convinced that they should sign up to follow the Mighty Mariners!

Is that just away games streamed, can we not do home and increase cost to say £150 for online streaming season tickets?

That is for all games as I live in Norway. Guess it is different if you live in England.

Well, if it costs £10 per game, wouldn't £460 make more sense?  A huge amount of money, but a chance to watch EVERY game.  It might be madness, but if it was, say, £300, I'd pay it if there were no crowds allowed for the duration of the season.

Boris needs to  make a decision here and fast, football (and life in general) can't stay in limbo forever.

Ah yes your right.  I can remember watching some of the £10 away games (mid week games only i think)  But i'm with you, Its ok Boris dwindling along we need direction and there is none.  I'm with you on this that i'd be happy to pay £200-£300 on all games streamed if no crowds. but i'm not sure many would.

It would be like a 46-game season ticket where it's OUR team who gets the benefit of our support even away from home.  Part of me thinks that would be incredible, especially for exiles (which I am not).

I'm surprised its not another income avenue that could be trialled or even suggested.  Then again, the loyalty and generosity of our fans wouldn't surprise me if 1-2000 purchase online streaming tickets lol.

Would be happy to pay to watch The Mariners on i-follow if they could guarantee the picture and sound was spot on.
Last season we got the Radio Hullberside commentary. Ouch!

Much better if you watch the opponents i-follow for an unbiased opinion.

I am sure if you watch on the other side I follow they get the money.

Stay on our site and turn the sound down we know our own players so don't need somebody telling us Wright crossed the ball and Hanson scores.

Apart form the odd five minutes where the commentary streams have mixed, its been great stuff
