Do Town have a Buy a Brick scheme for fans, to turn such memories into longstanding messages for fans of the future? Would be ideal to put something down in concrete like this?


They did something like that some years ago selling paving bricks that were inlaid in the path out the front of the Youngs Stand

Late Father took me to some games, Mum and Dad to one only....but it was Coventry City in the FA Cup in 1973 aged 8.

Next away game with my late brother, was the FA Cup 1st round replay 27th November 1979, at Saltergate, when we came from 2-0 down to win 3-2.

Thank you so much for your kind responses. It is a bit daunting coming on here having been an avid reader as a guest for so many years!  I think the hardest thing for me will be when it all gets going again and not getting that inevitable phone call at 5.45pm on a Saturday or 10pm on a Tuesday following a positive result. Oh well - at least I’ve got you lot now!
