Cod Almighty states that the ale is available from the club shop so can I buy a couple prior to Saturdays game and stay in my seat at half time and have a drink?

Great day for me to issue a press release wasn't it?!

In answer to your question, you are not allowed to drink booze in view of the pitch at this level unfortunately.

The club shop have an off licence from Nov 28th to Christmas time. That means they can sell you a sealed bottle for consumption off the premises. This bottle won't be available to drink in the club's bars. For now. Only the club shop and message in a bottle are selling the bottles.

Hope that makes sense.

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Even better, wear a Matt Dean mask. They would never question a member of the media pack.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

"A traditional English bitter having warming peppery and fruitcake flavours".

Sounds good to me, I will definitely be giving it a try.

Buy it after the game, not only are you unable to drink it at your seat, you can not take bottles (Glass) into the ground.

FFS I only want to know how much it is a bottle.  The reason I ask is that a lot of these "craft" beers, although nice are greatly overpriced for what they are.   Especially when I can get 3 bottles of Westons vintage, Adnams Broadside or Batemans victory for £5 to £6, I wonder how these specialist beers survive. Message in a bottle is a damned expensive place to get your drink

Don't go to MIAB for cheap "beer", go there If you want something decent to drink. If the Mariners Winter Ale is anywhere close to ask good as the Axholme revolution ale I got there recently it will be far better then anything Adnams has ever brewed.

It would be great to be able to partipate in an ageeable beverage prior to a game at Blundell before a game.
Exeter had a great bar selling real ale where away supporters were made welcome before last weekends game. Such bottles from Axeholme would help but their Cleethorpes Pale Ale would be an absolute winner.

Alledgely drinking it has similar to affect to Viagra, so drink it slowly, and the stiff neck you get from drinking it should make watching sladeball hoof ball less of a burden.

Supporting the Mighty Mariners for over 30 years, home town club is were the heart and soul is and it's great to be a part of it.

I enjoy going to MIAB for drink or two.  Think it may be a better place for the lack of clientele such as Realist
