I have to say I was gutted for you lot last season, felt like a bit of a cheap shot by the authorities

We, as fans can only do so much. We've raised so much money in the last 5 years through buying shares etc, it's beginning to take it's toll on us. Hence the rejection to compete in the play-offs last season.

Investment is needed from someone, but we don't wanna lose the fans ownership status. Hopefully Steve McClaren keeps on investing in the background as he has been doing. Sooner we generate the funds to build the new stand, sooner we can get the chance to get promoted.

Danny was tackled from the side, after the ball had gone, by Liam Trotter, making his debut for Wimbledon.
He apologised and justified his bad tackle because he was showing his new fans he was up for it.
Danny only thought he had a sore knee and played the remaining 87 minutes
Scans revealed an 80% tear of his ACL.
Desperately bad luck for our Danny but Trotter will still be playing next week

So unlucky for Danny and hopefully he can make a complete recovery and come back from that

It'll take time but keep the faith. Success (by which I mean getting up to step 4 or 5) and  will be built on more solid foundations, and you won't be beholden to one or two people, when it does come.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

It is very unusual indeed for a player to play on with a ruptured ACL. In my experience , if you do your cruciate, you fuck1ng know about it, and you ain't moving about much!

Done both mine and I agree 100%

I might be missing something, but hasn't he just basically admitted assault. At the time he slid in he knew the ball was gone, no chance of making the tackle, and deliberately took the player out.
