Moved to New Waltham from Sussex in 1966. Lived on the estate behind the Harvest Moon. My paper round for Young's paper shop was Peakes Lane.
Went to New Waltham primary then Clee Grammar. Moved to Park St in 1972 when my grandad came to live with us..stayef there until I got married for the first time when we moved to Stanley St. Sold up and movrd to Scaffa in 1988. Been there ever since.

The aim of argument or discussion should not be victory but progress.

I wasn't the one driving Pete, Hayley was driving, I don't think Ian would have wanted a lift to Louth anyway

Born North of Leeds, at 2 moved to Brigg, about 10/11 wanted to start going to football games, if was either Lincs Road Car to Scunny, or there was a town supporters bus went from Broughton vie Brigg,Grasby, melton Ross, would drop us of outside the ground by the old cinema, have never lived in Grimsby/ Cleethorpes. Have always thanked the Lord for working in mysterious ways and making me a Mariner, the other option would feel like hell.

There are many ways to the One True Path my son. We cast out nets wide.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.
