Will you need your footy fix over the next 10 days? As GTFC have no game till 10th Dec you can still get your fix down at the Bradley FDC.
Cleethorpes Town have two games. Tomorrow (Weds) and Saturday. Tomorrow sees them play Athersley in the league and hopefully they can extend there lead at the top. Then on Saturday they entertain a team from Liverpool in the FA Vase.

It would be great to see as many GTFC fans at the games. The league game trust members and season ticket holders get £1.50 off the admission fee. Unfortunately due to FA rules on cup games we cannot discount admission fees but at only £6 adults and £3 cons it still is great value.

Hope to see as many of you there as possible and hopefully you will enjoy the games.

I take it that's for the scousers then ?

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

The local youths might organise a car fire on the adjacent pitches to help keep you warm , they are very community spirited like that.

Yes mate. Hard fought. But these lads really want that league title and are working there socks off.
Plenty still to play for but we're in a good position.

Sorry to slightly change the topic but just out of pure curiosity - I've just seen that Clee Town were founded in 1998 and Grimsby Borough were formed in 2003. Who was local semi pro club before then ?

And cracking result tonight lads... UTO

Sleep well Icey, Matty and Richard. Keep each other company up there xx

Immingham Town and Grimsby Amateurs were probably the only two I can remember. Immingham did play in the NCEL. Not too sure about Grimsby Amateurs

Wasn't there a team called Grimsby Pelham years ago.

I wonder what happened to them?

I think there was a previous incarnation of GY Borough. Plus various formations of Louth.

I've just seen that the Lincs League has applied to re-join the pyramid too. Could be exciting times for local football
