What's Labour got to do with it? This area is full of unnecessary residents parking bays/meters. Last time I looked the council was Tory and before that LibDem. I don't think any of them have it in their manifestos.

You might just as well blame Plaid Cymru for the weather in [insert random collection of consonants] in Powys.
