Dog owners who don't clear up their dog's excrement.

Fed up of going for walks and having to play hopscotch over the piles of dog excrement.

Good shout. Add councils who don't empty dog waste bins (step forward NELC) and the new breed who pick up the sh1te and then hang the bag on your bush/tree in the garden

I'll go for this one as well. If they do build the stadium at PP at least it will get rid of most of the dogwalkers that throw their bags of doggy do into my hedge.
