I think we should really big this up in terms of away support, we could take big numbers IMO

I bet Ben Davies will be looking forward to that one already, only left Derby 2 years ago after 3 years and 70+ league appearances

I think it's near Alfreton.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

I think those estimating 2000 are being slightly ambitious. I know we have great away support but this is the league cup away to a championship club! If it was a prem club then yes easily 2000+ but even when we played championship level we never regularly took 2000 away. I think this mid-week cup tie approx 1400-1500 would be more accurate. Which would still be a great effort as it averages a third of the home attendance.
But I would be delighted to be wrong, and genuinely hope I have underestimated the travelling army. UTM

TV games have already been announced.

Luton v Villa
Bristol Rovers v Cardiff

Villa were always going to be on and the localish element of the Bristol Rovers/Cardiff fixture will be the reason for that one.   Our game must have been in with a shout though, one of the highest ranked teams against the lowest.

Only way to be nbm. I am basing 2k on past League Cup followings to the Midlands and on people finishing work around 5pm can still make it which will swell the numbers a lot in my opinion.Whatever though mate we will take a decent following who will make plenty of noise and how nice to be back at a proper football ground (I would have preferred the old baseball ground though great acoustics) I also want to be greedy and hope for a win.UTM
