Just wondered if anyone knows roughly how much it is to fit a complete bathroom suite - toilet, bath and sink - been quoted 350 quid does this sound reasonable? Any suggestions appreciated many thanks

this is a decent price to be fair, theres a bit more to it than just what you see when its finished, unseen pipework, floorboards up and put back etc...
john smith and sons of humberston are decent plumbers.

irony................its a bit like brassy,only made from iron!   (baldrick,blackadder)

Depends what is involved really. If it's a straight swap with not much pipework to move, then it could be done in a day, which is good money for the plumber to say the least.

If it's a two day job including parts and labour, then it's about the norm.

You're right,it aint rocket science,especially if it's a straight swap.

Ok, how much to fit a heated towel rail? The pipes sticking out my bathroom floor are unfortunately a couple of inches closer together tahn the connector bits at the bottom of the towel rail. Presume that means adding a tiny bit of piping.

As you can see I am not very technical. First plumber said £70 if it was the right size...

Yeah, but it's not ideal to have it coming out of the taps.
