Instils belief and says positive things to build on success.

What would our fans reaction be if he was appointed manager here? There would be uproar as people here don't seem to like the fat jock tax cheat. I wouldn't like it one bit but if he ever did come here he'd most likely to be sucsessful...

He is a twit and you are hard psuhed to find anyone involved in the game with any positive opinions of him...everything he touches eventually goes mammaries up, and whilst he is spending money he is alright but realistically the money at Crawley will dry up, just as it did at Boston unless the owner happens to be some oil tycoon...we are still, as are Crawley, none the wiser about who and where the money is coming from but it will go mammaries up...

He will never be welcome in Boston again, and on top of him being a complete and utter scumbag, he is also a liar and cheat, along with his wife and son, who are equally as bad...

quite right aldi. have recently been told a number of stories from an excellent source, all of which back up what you say. an ignorant (both in terms of actions and intelligence), foul mouthed nasty piece of work who has no respect for anybody. treats anyone below him like a piece of dirt; and as usaul with bullies a coward at heart (witness his spat with mickey adams at port vale). rayner ,his oppo, is no better either.

I believe that our most successful managers in the past have also been confident in their approach to the game, Shankley with his pre match tanoy speaches, Laurie Mac with his upbeat attitude to apposing teams, Buckley who was shall we say just a little arrogant, all winners with a no surrender attitude thats sadley missing today
