In advance of the AGM, the possible slashing of the playing budget(all the signs seem to indicate it may happen) raises a few questions.

- Will we lose Liam Hearn if we impose wage caps similar to the e.g. £500/week one Big Chris mentioned ?

- Are older players like Duffy, Kempson, Ridley etc (presumably on higher wages) destined to leave if we don't achieve promotion this year ?

- If so and younger players on lower wages is now the strategy, will the youth team survive the possible cuts ?
Surely there's a good case it has to if we're adopting a "younger players policy" ?

- Are fans and the powers that be more willing to preach patience in building a young team for the future ?

- Will some of these these questions about strategy and future funding be put (by GTST ?) to JF before his appointment as chair ?

scrap the youth team and have robbie stockdale has a scout who goes and watches other teams who we are due to play and reports back to scott and hurst who then plan their tactics around stockdales findings.
