My daughter has just revealed her birthday present to me: two nights B&B in Cambridge over the weekend of Dec 3 and 4, when we should be playing Cambridge United, it is also the same weekend of the 2nd round of the FA Cup.

Last year it was a B&B in York (game cancelled because York were in some cup match), need I go on?

She means well, I'm sure the wife and I will have a ball in Cambridge, just no footie to watch that weekend.

Cheers Les, I knew that as well, but didn't want to clutter up the initial post with other permitations etc, etc.

A couple of booze soaked days without being interupted by a football match will do just fine, especially if the Town win on the Saturday: where ever they are.
