The team from that day, can't say there's many there I'd put in our current team, Bennett, possibly Widdowson and North but thats about it. And can't believe how weak that bench was.
Bloody hell, that's awful. I think Bennett and Linwood were the other way round though. Although I'd take Lillis now (we got 7 points from his 4 games). That bench is shocking. (Wood hasn't made his debut yet). |

Ouch, that's a tough draw  When's the last time we knocked a higher division team out of a cup? Huddersfield in the JPT?
That same season we knocked Carlisle out the FA Cup and Donny out the JPT around the same time. Actually, it was Newell's last away game. Hartlepool in the JPT. |

Being part of the B&W army away day with the 2-0 win at Notts County
Admittedly there wasn't too much to cheer about but imho it wasn't ALL bad....
good times. may have been bottom of league 2 but oh how i'd wish to be there now. |

We stuffed them 4-0 at their place in the FA CUP 1936 on the way to Wembley, We can do it again, Win at Port Vale not go to Wembley.
We didnt make Wembley then, we played Arsenal at Leeds Road in Huddersfield. Arsenal deliberately kicked Jackie Bestall out of the game....well it was good enough for Pele in '66  |

shiite place to get to, we always get stuffed, its always cold, we'll make no money, won't be even be a good day out. don't think the draw could've been worse.
