What we need to do MR S + H  is,

Lets try have a settled side for a few games, stop the fear of being dropped or pulled off halfway through a game,

Pick eleven players and say, we are going to stick with this side and formation for the next 4 or 5 games and let see what happens,

We need to play a target man, Elding is not that man, Duffy is,

We need to play two wide men who stretch the oppositions defence, So Coulson + Eagle,

We need to have a settled defence, So Kempson + I'anson,

Lets try this formation and see if it works, to be honest it can not be any worse,

                                                                 Mckeown

Wood     Kempson     I'anson    ( green) ok  Ridley

                                                    Disley                Church

                                             Coulson                                      Eagle

                                                            Hearn      Duffy

Eldings job will be to come on if needed.

Not sure only having 9 players on the pitch is going to help our cause!

Not sure that will work to be honest. Duffy and Hearn aren't centre mids and we have no strikers in that formation.

Duffy did well with his holding up and knock-ons last night, trouble was he was having the ball plonked on his head/chest just a couple of yards into the oppositions half. If the midfield could just do their job and our wide players push up to receive the ball and whip the crosses in and do THEIR job we wouldn't have Hearn having to go wide to get the ball and Duffy/Elding have to drop to the halfway line to get the ball as happened so many times last night. Agree about a settled team, and we should stick with Kempson/I'Anson as a starting point.

We need to get rid of Scott and Hurst, thats what we need to do !!!

The club need to bite the bullet, own up that they've fooked up and start looking for a manager who's been there and got the T-shirt in this league.

Jimmy Quinn is a name that springs to mind. Steve Fallon is another.

Come on, lets get rid of these two jokers before their inexperience drops us to depths only Jacques-Yves Cousteau could get us out of !!!!!

Avast, me proud beauty! Would ya mind if I fired me cannon through your porthole !!!

I said last night about using a 4-5-1 that extra man in midfield may be the difference.

                     McKeown

   Silk.      I'Anson.     Kempson.     Wood

Eagle.    Church.   Disley.     Artus.   Coulson

                         Hearn

Having 2 of the midfielders be adventurous and eagle and Coulson on opp flanks cutting inside this will allow 4 players to play low through balls for Hearn to use his strengh being his pace.

Agree, should have played v Luton.
Scott says not one players can knock on his door and say he should be in the team but look at Duffy's contribution, think he's been dropped for almost no reason.

I don't think our wingers are stretching the defence.
If we're playing the BETTER teams, I'd prefer to pack central midfield with an extra player and play an extra striker in a 4-3-3 if we're hitting it long, and play it up to Duffy to hold up.
It's alright saying let the wingers hurt them but if we're losing the midfield battle then we can't can't get hold of the ball, let alone keep it and play it

I'm not into this "keep a settled team" for the sake of it logic and tbh, think Abdul is right.

Isn't it funny Fenty and his attitude as over the seasons took us down the leagues and now after bringing in his last 2 hopless managers he asks his M8 to join and then after realizing that they had  ballsed things up they pull out.
S&H have less ider than Neil Woods after the last few away games IMHO they are out of thier depth they have no one to blame for the crap they brought in only the young goalkeeper is any good I fear that we as a club have nearly come to a full stop.
You get your plot for Fenty villas after last night I am sad and had enough.

Inexperience will turn to experience in a relatively short time. Changing managers now would be madness.
