We are paying two salaries to joint manager's from a club in crisis.Rob Scott appears to be the organ grinder with little or no real input from Hurst.Perhaps a decision should be made as to who will continue to lead Town and make the cost of team management much more viable. The resultant saving, could for example, pay for Green's contract. Just a thought

I don't think that's true though. A manager always has an assistant. If we get rid of one, who would be the assistant? We'd have to employ one.

How have you decided that Hurst has no real input? Also every club has a management team; a manager and an assistant. That is effectively what we have in all but job title. I doubt you could get rid of one, without the other following. Leaving us in a bigger mess.

In seriousness, do either manager have an input???both seem as clueless as each other, predictable substitutions and complete balderdash spoken in every post match interview...

Well we know both are completely different characters maybe Scotts approach needs a re-think as moaning and looking like he is never happy will rub on the players.  Even when we've won he comes across as a miserable sod could this be part of the problem.  Were as Hurst seems more composed.

We are definitely lacking in confidence as this was evident when the players couldn't wait to get rid of the ball.  So how do we tackle this?  The players in my eyes are more than capable of playing good football (well some are) getting rid of players and managers at this stage would be stupid it's about time they started to earn their bread and start playing intelligent football.  After watching last night when we had the ball only a couple we moving into space which resulted in long balls in silly areas.

Let's just hope that things get better.

I like their interview style. They don't beat around the bush and as a supporter I feel very informed on their thoughts and reactions both pre and post match.

If the time comes when we want to part company,

We could sack one, then the other would resign, ( because they are joined at the hip )

Saving us half the compo.

I for one, didn't get carried away with 2no 5-2 wins.  Even during those matches, we looked limited in certain departments.

I remember being pelted with ice by the Norwich fans during the Milk Cup match, do you?

i agree we did look limited in certain departments ie defence, but last night i thought the defence looked a lot better but attacking wise very poor which  in previous two home games was vice versa, hopefully if we can get both depts working well we should be ok,next weekend against ashington is theideal game, but knowing town when you think youve been to your lowest point supporting town it wont get any lower next saturday
