It would only take a run of half a dozen decent results to drag us up towards the play-offs. Unfortunately, a decent run of results isn't on the cards just as long as we're conceding 2 or more goals every bloody game we play.

How I would love to see a scratchy run of narrow 1-0 victories and goalless draws in November...

That's a decent point and gives me some comfort. Just makes last night's defeat all the more galling though.

If only we had held on for a draw at York and won last night.....
