These are 2 teams we play in the next 4 weeks.

York were 3-0 up against the leaders at HT. The mystery was why it was not 5-0 at HT.  Luton could not cope York's slick pass and move game. They never looked likely to score against York's well-organised defence.  Luton were very poor and looked anything but a top of the table team. Their 600 plus fans were demoralised by the end.

Star players for York were strikers Jason Walker (ex Luton) and Ashley Chambers (remember him).

This was not a fluke result.  York recently went 3-0 up in the first 20 mins and won away to leaders Wrexham.

We have seen some crazy results in this League.  York have also lost 2 home games this season to teams at the bottom of the table.

Saw York against Bath and they were absolutely terrible, they won but a made a bottom of the league side Bath look like Brazil.

We played them at York last Tuesday evening and it finished 2-2. There pacey and will quick-passes. Some quality players in their team.

Looks from the outside that York are a very good passing side and can be the Brazil of the BSP, but only if they are allowed to play, which teams at the top like Wrexham and Luton allowed them to do. However when they are coming up against the tinpot sides that park the bus like Alfreton and Telford they are coming unstuck. Hopefully the Duo do their homework on this and make sure we close them down and don't let them pass the ball around.

As for Luton they look hit and miss at the minute, but that was their first loss this season and alot of their first choice defence has been injured for most of the season, if its not them promoted this season I will be shocked, or Fleetwood have got their act together.

Will be surprised if we get anything from Luton but think we could get something from York provided we don't let them play.

I think Mansfield Town will push Fleetwood and Luton very close, notwithstanding their very poor result on Saturday. They go to Wrexham tonight which should be interesting. Will the "new Manager effect" that swept the Welshmen home at Blundell Park continue, or was it just a one match affair?
I've been very impressed with Paul Cox, probably the only manager, and there are some good ones, who I think may go further than H&S in his career.

Mansfield might have been on a good run, but like last season when they were top at this time in September they still havn't beat anyone in the top half.
