Oli Johnson looks set to sign a two month loan deal with Grimsby Town, with a view to a one year contract in January, from Norwich City.

Scunthorpe just had him on trial but sent him back. Doubt it will be true, I don't see another striker being a priority for the managers with little funds available.

its a possibility, only 7 goals scored this season, boyes for gateshead has scored more on his own

They have 4 strikers, all but one their own signings. They won't drop Hearn as he's played reasonably well on the whole and just needs a goal. Dropping him would ruin his confidence. That gives them one of three. Duffy's done OK but I'd expect them to give Elding a run shortly, probably starting tomorrow night.
