ok.... but did Morecambe and Wise pick the right team ????

Artus on the bench ??? I suppose Church and Pearson not being available
was tough but I have to question leaving Artus on the sidelines....

it's ok to say the referee had a shocker but I'm just a wee bit disgruntled at the starting IX.....

The cb's were fairly poor, garner gifted the first to them, they kept letting the ball bounce over, and they have no pace!


Now based in reading, do I class as an exile yet?

I can only echo that, with us playing one of the better teams in the division you would have thought they would have selected the more experienced players ie Artus and Pearson as opposed to I'anson and Thanoj

Coulson n Thanoj today offered very little in their starting positions! I thought we played football in all our pre season games n yet today resorted to long punts and giving the ball away very cheaply when in possession and when making defensive headers straight back to a Fleetwood player. The ref was anonymous in the first half as he had little to do, fleetwood were the better team for the first 30 mins. However once town took charge they got very physical and their gamesmanship was a disgrace, however that's when the ref was needed to be strong and he wasn't hence Fleetwood really exploited this and got away with the majority of blatant fouls, punches, elbows and decent! The second goal although irrelevant by the time was offside as their player was nearer to our keeper than the last defender the ball from Brodie went forward and he pounced from an offside position! A steep learning curve and obvious we need a RW with pace and Church or similar in CM asap!
