First of all the reason I am putting this on here is because over the past few months you guys have been amazing help to alot of people and you're a credit to our club. I've been looking around online all morning and everything seems to give different opinions of things.

Since the weekend my sperm has been a yellow type colour. Then yesterday for a good 12 hours my right testical felt like someone was constantly squeezing it. I then woke up this morning and it feels like there is a lump on the bottom of my right testical.

Has this ever happened to any of you or someone you know before? I'm worried about some of the things I've read and I'm genuinely scared to do anything until I'm sure I know what it is or could be

I can't get an appointment until Monday and I rang St hughs and I need a referral letter from the Doctor to get an appointment there

I'm to late for the dr (they was very unhelpful) or gum clinic, apparently I can go to the hospital tonight so i'll do that and hopefully it's not as serious as I first thought.

You can see the duty doctor at the hospital if you are concerned but it's highly unlikely it will be anything that won't wait 'til Monday.Best to get it checked out in case though.

I once had something similar and it turned out to be nothing but inflammation.There was a word for it but it escapes me now.Course of tablets sorted it.

anything that appears so quickly usually isn;t sinister,i presume your'e worried about testicular cancer? it sounds like a thing my mate had a while back where he had twisted the sperm tubes that are on the bottom of the testicle,throbbing pain and problems with sperm thickness were symptoms,ie. his jis was like porridge!! so he told me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,before anyone starts.

I went last night to the hospital the doctor said he thinks it is just a cyist and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. he said I should go to the Dr to make sure and see if she wants to get me an ultrascan to make sure.
I'm going to check online now because last night I kept waking up with hot flushes

I was going to say it could be a cyst,

I have had a couple for over 10 years and they have been no problem,

If you are worried you can get the doc to cut them out,

I never bothered because I have been in the hospital far too many times over the last 12 years.

Be careful trying to diagnose yourself online, there are a lot of duff websites out there, particularly American ones which can spiral you down into a world of paranoia and anxiety where a basic cold can become cancer.
