Sorry to hear that, especially with your recent sad loss. On a more positive note, that notice period presents a helluva lot of opportunities.
I was in a similar position a few years back. I started my own business (while still working for them), got made redundant and took their cash.
Within a month the same company wanted me back as a freelancer on better terms but I turned them down.

Yep I've got faith in our strikers, although I think we will get goals from other players too more than recent years.

If we can score just as many as last year but let in 20 less goals, that would probally push is right into the playoff mix, although I think we will score more this year.
