Was gonna second that too but it was on July 15th last weeks comp ?
I presume this week means 18th - 24th ?
If so, I'll hang fire and see what pearls of wisdom crop up this week.  

PS Rob first to win twice now ? Has the age of austerity hit the fishy too ?

may I be so bold as to make a suggestion.

How about making it monthly (on a calender month).  Last votes to be cast on last day of month. That way there is no confusion as to where we are with the award.

The winner is then awarded the "Icey"
