Interesting that this was their 7th game already so much more match practise behind them.  Makes our performance seem very creditable

I thought it meant the writer had been to seven games. Only yesterday appears to have involved Rovrum...

Seemed like a shopping list to me. Who really cares if he paid a couple of quid for a bottle of water or four quid for a crappy pie?
