no they dont do programmes on pre season games,  team sheet was a printed list with no shirt numbers on or first names for the Rotherham players either.

There was a team sheet, but it had the squad numbers on for the players shown on the website last week. Players were wearing different numbers today.

Anyone know why the players didn't have their squad numbers and names on the their shirts today?

I remember being pelted with ice by the Norwich fans during the Milk Cup match, do you?

Considering the lower non-league clubs we play in these friendlies will probably put a programme together, it doesn't reflect well on Town. I don't think a team sheet was too much to ask for. Even a page of A4 welcoming everyone to the game and squad lists would have been something.

It's all about opinions though - funnily enough Town's programme quite often gets awards so it can't be an all bad publication

Would this be the multi-award winning GTFC programme? Perhaps you should become editor Aaron...just a thought

It's incredible really. A friendly against league opposition and we cannot be bothered to produce an A4 piece of paper.

I was at work yesterday Ian, my lad went in the shop at about 11am and was told that the progs wont arrived until about 1pm. He went in about half one and was then told there isnt one.

like you said, league opposition and they cant be bothered to produce anything. As we know, they have issued teamsheets (sometimes coloured ones) on many an occasion in the (very recent) past for friendlies........very dissapointed.

Another triumph for the GTFC PR gurus..

I was disappointed as well. I collect programmes/teamsheets as a memento (not that I always want reminding of the game). The sad thing is I knew we wouldn't bother for this game and it just shows a lack of effort. If you've paid a tenner to get in, there's nothing wrong in wanting something that may give you an idea of who is who. I don't think Town have got the mentality of lower league clubs who produce something because they know some fans will want it as it adds to their matchday experience. How much would it have cost? Virtually nothing. When we went to Barrow, we got a programme and then the club came around selling teamsheets for 20p because they knew there was a demand.
