Something thats been bugging me for ages

Nothing at all to do with footy at all but does anyone know why they are always loads of cars and/or vans parked on the grass verge on the A18 after passing Humberside Airport and Melton Ross near the roundabout which leads onto the M180 and A15.

There is never any sign of anyone in the cars or any nearby fields and there are no place anywhere near that the people in the cars could be. I just saw them again today on the way to Hull and I pass them quite often and it doesn't matter what time of day it is, either early morning or late at night there are always at least half a dozen vehicles parked on the grass verge.

Where the intercourse are all the drivers/passengers?

I was in a small town yesterday and the free public car park was crammed with cars.  No one about though, asked in a shop and was told the cars belong to old age pensioners who park up and use the buses (now free to them) into the city (where parking costs).

If anybody would be interested i will shortly be taking delivery, just in time for christmas, of a wide range of in car entertainment systems, all one careful owner as well as part used magic tree in car air fresheners. No questions, no returns.
