I'm currently thinking about subscribing to BT Vision mainly for the football on it. Of course I'll be still going to watch the Mariners on a Saturday afternoon, but I'd just like to know whether it's worth getting. I'll probably be getting the ESPN channel, but I also noticed that it said '242 Premier League games a year' at the bottom for £4.89. Will these be live games or just be repeats? It does sound too good to be true but I just thought I'd check anyway.

If someone could confirm this for me that would be great.

Espn alone certainly doesnt have 242 Premier League games....it has 1 maybe 2 a week.

It could be claiming 242 Premier league games with Sky and ESPN combined.....

I think it's an on demand service at 10pm on Saturdays. You can choose which of the days matches you want to watch. But I'm not certain.

The quality of BT Vision can leave a lot to be desired. As it is streamed over your Broadband line, it's at the mercy of contention at your local exchange, plus any other activity on your local network.

Not got it myself, but those I know that do have it don't rave about it at all.

"it's fucking shit" is the usual feedback.
